  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Active Services

  1. Once logged in, you’ll be in your Client Area Dashboard.
  2. Look up after the  “Active Services” to view your current hosting services.
  3. Locate the service you want to update and click the gear icon (⚙ “Manage Product”) on the right side.

Step 3: Access the Renewal Option

  1. On the Product Details page, look for the “+ Renew Service For” button. Click on it to proceed.

 

Step 4: Review Billing Details

Next, you’ll see the billing details about your renewal:

  • Next Due Date → The current expiration date of your service.
  • New Next Due Date → The updated expiration date after the billing cycle switch.
  • Total Amount → The total cost for the early renewal.

For example:

  • Suppose your current due date is March 1, 2025, and you make an early renewal 10 days before your due date.
  • Once the invoice generated is paid, your service will be renewed by 12 months.
  • Your new expiration date will be March 1, 2026.

Step 5: Confirm and Pay

  1. Click the “Renew” button to finalize your renewal.
  2. The pop-up window will close, and you will see an invoice for your service billing period.
  3. Under the Invoice Items section, you can verify the period covered by your payment.

Here at ChemiCloud, we understand that life can be hectic and things are forgotten, so we’re happy to offer you a grace period for the hosting products.

Hosting Products

If your invoice payment fails, your service(s) will still be up and running for 1 day from the invoice due date. This grace period ensures that you have the chance to renew after expiry, with no disruption to your service(s).

However, if payment is not received within these 1 day, your package will be suspended.

To resolve this, access your account at https://chemicloud.com/clientarea.php?action=invoices, where you can review your invoice and complete a manual renewal.

If payment is still outstanding after your invoice due date, your service(s) will be terminated, and all associated data will be deleted:

Therefore, we advise you to keep a backup copy of your account to not risk losing your files.

Domain names

The process for domain names varies depending on your extension since various registries govern them.

Most domain name extensions offer a limited grace period after the initial expiry date. During this period, you’ll be able to renew your expired domain name straight from your Client Area with no additional fee, other than the renewal cost. However, if a domain name is not renewed within this period, it could result in additional fees to recover the domain name or its loss.

SSL Certificates

The renewal process for SSL certificates is different as they have a finite lifetime; if renewed before expiry, the lifetime of the service will be extended. Should an SSL certificate reach its expiry date without renewal, it will not be possible to extend the lifetime, and the service will cease to function. The only way to reinstate an SSL certificate is to purchase a new one.

A cancellation request must be submitted via the client area only. Once we receive your cancellation request, our Billing department will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter.

Before submitting your cancellation request, make sure that you have reviewed and accepted the money back guarantee and refund policies, a backup of all relevant data was obtained. Once a hosting service is canceled, the account is terminated from the server without a possibility of restoration.

1) Log into your Client Area and go to the Services section.

2)  Click on the Manage Product button, and under Actions, click on Request Cancellation. 

3) In the cancellation request form, you will be asked to describe the reason for cancellation and to choose the cancellation type:

  • Immediate: your hosting service will be automatically canceled when the daily system cron runs (9 AM EST).

Suppose you place a cancelation request today at 8 AM EST, the service will be canceled and terminated on the same day at 9 AM EST. However, if you place the cancelation request today after 9 AM EST, your service will be canceled and terminated the next day at 9 AM EST.

  • End of Billing Period – your service will remain active till the end of the current payment period. Afterward, the service will be automatically canceled and terminated at the due date.

Duration and Scope of Guarantee:

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee is applicable exclusively to: Shared Web/WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Managed WordPress Hosting.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. The same policy applies if you purchase a second service similar to one that is already active in your account. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
