Namecheap is just a real bummer. Cannot log into the website and there is no phone number for help. The constant inability to have any email from the website get to my encrypted email is just a very big NO NO NO. Never get this domain service. I have had to stop my website since I have waited for over 4 months to get credentials to sign into the Namecheap site. I still havent resolved this problem. It is time and again that the emails from Namecheap dont arrive at my encrypted email (protonmail). I still am getting ready to migrate my domain name to another service.

Just dont do it. It is cheap for a reason. It lacks professional customer service, servers that can transmit emails to encryted sites and well enough.
