Just like our customers can get support for their hosting – ChemiCloud affiliates can get assistance from an Affiliates Manager.

How ChemiCloud Affiliates Contact Support.

Step One – Log in.

Visit your Affiliate Portal and log in with your email address and password.

Step Two – Click ‘Contact Us’.

Now that you’re in, find ‘Contact Us’ from the left-side menu. Select it, and you can fill out a simple form to send us a message. Hit Send when you’re ready to deliver us your message.

Once we receive that message we’ll reply via email to the email address you have on file with us.

Updating Your Personal Details

In the ChemiCloud Affiliate Portal, you’re able to manage information like your email address on file, password, and more. This page will help you locate and manage these settings.

Updating Your Personal Details.

Step One – Log in.

Visit your Affiliate Portal and log in with your email address and password.

Step Two – Locate the Personal Information Section.

To do this, find and select ‘My Profile‘ from the side menu. On the body of your page now, select ‘Personal Details‘.

Step Three – Update your Personal Details.

You can update your personal details here, and once done hit Save at the bottom.

And that’s it! If you have questions reach out to your Affiliates Manager at any time!

Configuring Payment Details

Configuring your payment information with ChemiCloud’s Affiliate Program is quick and easy.

Configuring Payment Details.

Step One – Log in.

Visit your Affiliate Portal and log in with your email address and password.

Step Two – Locate Payment Details.

To do this, find and select ‘My Profile‘ from the side menu. On the body of your page now, select ‘Payment Details‘.

Step Three – Input your Payment Info.

Now, you can enter your info, set a payment minimum if you like(our minimum is 100 by default, yours can be that or higher, but not lower). Once done, hit Save at the bottom and that’s it!

There are a number of email notifications you can choose to receive as a ChemiCloud affiliate. This brief article will help you see how to manage them.

How to Configure Email Notifications in the Affiliate Portal.

Step One – Log in.

Visit your Affiliate Portal and log in with your email address and password.

Step Two – Locate your Email Notifications.

To do this, find and select ‘My Profile‘ from the side menu. On the body of your page now, select ‘Email Notifications‘.

Step Three – Choose your Notifications.

Here, you can see a list of all the different notifications you can select. Only notifications relevant to ChemiCloud’s Affiliates Program can be selected. Choose which ones you wish to receive, and click Save at the bottom of the page.

And that’s it. You’ve set up your custom Email Notifications!

You can come back here any time to update these settings.

How do I request my Commission Payout?

And we’re quite happy to help with that. When you’re ready to get paid, log into your Affiliate Portal. Once you’re in, use the side menu to locate and click ‘Payouts to me’.

Once you do, if you’ve got commissions approved and ready to go, you’ll see a button you can click called ‘Request Payment’. Doing so will open a request with your Affiliates Manager to issue your payment!

How to use SubID Tracking in the Affiliate System

The use of a SubID your Affiliate URL can be a creative way to track propagation of your Affiliate Links as you grow your Affiliate membership.

This Article will describe how to use the Affiliate SubID Tracking in the Affiliate System.

How to use SubID Tracking in the Affiliate System

The SubID Tracking can be made using Channels. For additional tracking and statistics, you can append up to 2 custom parameters, data1 and data2, to your Affiliate URL.

These parameters will be transferred also to the tracked commission, so you will know exactly what link led to the commission.

To create a channel for your data1 or data2 SubID, follow the instructions in our Article on How to Create an Ad Channel in the Affiliate System.

The code that you assign to the channel will be what you can use in the space of data1 or data2.

For example, if you add a channel for Discord and you set a code of discord1, you would use this as follows in your Affiliate Link URL:

https:// www.chemicloud.com /#affiliateIDhere&data1=discord1

This is very important for statistics as it helps you measure where your link is being used and where it originated.
